NB from Joe's new balance outlet

Question

Curious if anyone has bought shoes from this website, what was the experience like? Prices are suspiciously low, I am not sure if it is a legit website. Thanks in advance

Weird shop have a strange security payment rule that the payment card region must be the same as delivery region. Though they hold the payment and cancel the order in 5 minutes after confirmation with no money return and 30 day waiting to unhold the payment.

Both shoes were different sizes and too small to be a 9

I just got my two pairs of shoes I ordered. size 9. Both shoes say 9 on them. On e must be a 7 and the other an 8. I can't reach customer service because I didn't sing up for an account. They say I have no orders on file.

Return is too expensive!

They will not create the return label. Even I wanted them to deduct the cost from the return price.

The shipping cost, personal use of UPS, is $40. (for two pair of shoes, total 4lb. Cheapest from UPS.)

Will not pay for any returns

Yes, I bought a pair of shoes that was supposed to be eight wide and they were not wide at all. They were really narrow and I returned them and I had to pay almost $30 to have them return because they will not pay for any returns at all. Do not buy from them anymore

Found a great deal on my favorite shoes…

Found a great deal on my favorite shoes that are not available anywhere else. Wasn't sure how legitimate the site was and these reviews didn't make me too confident, but I tried it anyway. Same shoes, same quality, same sizes(I think people forget new shoes need broken in and are tighter at first). Definitely my go to place now.

I have shopped at Joes NB before and never had issue, same thing this past week. Shoes came fast, exactly as shown and price was good. Styles that are often not available anymore elsewhere. I see comments of major issues with them, maybe they had a rough patch or change of management, but my recent experience was perfect. despite the slowdowns with the Covid shutdowns

1. The items arrived look like they are NOT original. I feel like sneakers and sport bras are bootleg cheap copies - the feel, fabric, stitching, the way it (not) fits. 2. There is no exchange - only return. Returns are NOT free. The customer service is useless. 3. But the most upsetting of all - literally the same dayI placed an order I started receiving scam text messages and marketing calls!! I wish these companies didn’t sell your info. Ironically, the purchase came with 30day free trial of Norton privacy protection of some kind. Well played, well played. DO NOT RECOMMEND

DO NOT BUY FROM COMPANY! Spouse ordered shoes that arrived within reasonable time. Item was suspicious in authenticity but fit and comfort was off. Hmmm. Returned next day and now two months later they still have my money. Communication is non-existent where only text is offered. They have not responded after 4 attempts. Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Worst ever!

Actually wish I could leave no stars. Ordered Mens New Balance 515 in mens 8 1/2 4E. Received order on 1/28/21 which was completely wrong. Sent me woman's model WROAVKG size 8B.They are obviously counterfiet also. I contacted them immediately. Customer service sucked. Wanted me to pay for return shipping. Right? Wrong! So I have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund. They didn't even offer to replace the order. I immediately filed a complaint with paypal. Avoid this company!

Great price, no real problems.

I got exactly what I ordered in just a few days for half of what I almost paid at another site. I didn't experience any of the problems reported by other reviewers. I did have some problems with their website returning an error during the buying process. However I called in and a woman took my order over the phone. I go through tennis shoes fairly quickly. Happy to find this source.

Ethics?

A problem with their website caused me to make an ordering error. Within 10 minutes called their "help line" to have the order corrected or canceled. They absolutely refused to take any actions and said that I would be responsible for the return shipping costs. Seeing that the order was not actually shipped until 2 days later, what's that about? The shoes arrived with no return label included and will have to be returned without any help from Joe's. That's pretty expensive!!!!

"DON'T BUY YOUR NEW BALANCE SIZE' First advised by customer service this is not an independent enterprise but a NewBalance internet Store. Second customer service advised me all New Balance Shoes are different and do not have a common size from one to another, Third "Buyer be Ware" Shipping back is very expensive to just try on shoes. Buyer beware they make you feel good…

Buyer beware they make you feel good with the free shipping but you'll just have to pay to ship them back since they'll always be the wrong size plus I strongly think these are new balance shoes that were defective and had to be sold by some other way . These good reviews got to be all fake bought reviewers .

I made an order on October 17…

I made an order on October 17 (JA0204146) Part of the order came to the warehouse, and part of the order with track number 1ZA821T10335237314 was lost. The UPS delivery service was unable to confirm the delivery and provide photos of the receipt of the package. UPS then sent the claim to the shipper (Joe's New Balance Outlet). It's been over a month and still no response. There is no way to contact by phone, support does not answer by mail. As a result, there is no product and I lost $60.

Totally Ripped Off

Following up on a "Brad's Deals" email prompt, I ordered a pair of NB Dynasoft Nitrel V4 men's shoes on April 11, 2023. I received a confirmation email on that day with my purchase summary and an order number. The information included a promise to notify when the item was shipped. The purchase cost of $34 was deducted from my bank account on April 13th. On April 25th 2 weeks after placing the order and receiving the confirmation email I attempted to contact the company using the links provided in the email. All attempts pulled up "Error" messages. There were no such links. Then I accessed the company via their website, used the "Track Your Order" link, and read that my order number and information were invalid. No such order number or customer name existed in their records. So .... They took my money. Made promises. No product. No trace of any order. DO NOT BUY FROM JOE'S.

Joe’s sucks…

Joe’s sucks…. They didn’t fulfill my order and after two calls and over an hour later I got a $10 credit that wasn’t good toward the items I wanted to order. My most recent order will be my last. You must understand going in that the discount you receive will come directly from customer service and just hope that your order isn’t screwed up. I recommend paying full price from the NB website. or Zappas, as Joe’s has gotten progressively worse over the years….

I purchase here often and they are constantly selling inventory they don't have in stock. It's getting so frustrating as I've had 3 orders cancelled days after I purchased and not given any explanation or offer of a coupon or anything. Don't sell shoes if you don't have them in stock you dummies.

Poor Joe's New Balance Service…Lost Their Way

Like many other bad Joe's New Balance reviews, I have now experienced the same poor service. My particular issue is a refund that I have waited for that has reached two weeks. I called the customer service line and after only waiting 5 minutes I was told my refund was still being processed. So I told the poor customer service representative that I will never order from them again. I'm now shopping at Amazon with free shipping and free returns. Now that's world class service.

Placed an order and received my shoes 2 days later. I buy New Balance women's Fresh Foam Vongos frequently from full priced running shoe stores and I can assure you these are the real deal. The style/colors are likely a season or two ago, hence the very low price. Good experience.
