New editors receive an email invitation with a link they can click to get started, and the website is then listed as a site they can contribute to in their site dashboard. If you’re a free user, you can invite an unlimited number of people to administer the site with you. If you’re a Pro user, you can restrict people’s editing access to specific pages or limit access to the dashboard only for viewing site stats, blog comments, and form entries. If multiple people are editing a site at the same time, the system will intelligently show you which pages the others are editing so your updates don't conflict with one another.
