Good Day you may the following steps, and it will require you to reboot the server afterwards 1. logon to the TS the run gpedit.msc, under local computer policy select- administrative templates - windows components 2.then remote desktop services- remote desktop session host-select remote desktop licensing on the right and double click on it 3.double click the top one (use the specified remote desktop licence server)-click enable and the type the name of the server that has the license installed in it 4.click apply then next-select enable under(set remote desktop licensing mode) and choose per device then apply and restart the server 1

Hey, thanks for answering. However, the license server is specified correctly at the mentioned location under gpedit.msc. However, the license server service itself is unable to start. From what I've gathered, I might have to remove the remote desktop service licensing from the server, rename the c.\windows\system32\lserver directory and reinstall. I'll try that later tonight and post my results. 0 · · ·
