My little sister bought me a tube of this as she uses it and loves it. My skin is a mixed bag, a bit dry around my nose, blocked pores on my nose and hormonal spots on my chin and sometimes forehead. Because of this, I found the product too drying around my nose, so tended to use it on chin, the top of my nose and between my brows and forehead. I am not sure how effective it has been at fading any red marks from acne, but it does seem to keep things a bit more under control. My nose seems less congested, and chin spots seem smaller. I will buy this again to see how continued use helps, but so far I would say good, but not great!
