I realise notion is more than just a list or todo list application but can it be used just for that? I'm leaning to Notion for other things too but I'm wondering if I use it for todo lists it will be too fiddly for quick adding tasks on the mobile app for example. Weekly To-Do list Template 💪🏼💪🏼 from Notion I have a question for notion pros. I would like to have a todo list with checkboxes. Add tasks via a calendar, so everytime there is a task on the calendar, I want that name added to the list or I have some tasks that get added like above and I can set how often they will come up (eg. daily, weekly, monthly) When I mark a task as done, it should dissapear from the todo list, so it doesn't get infinitely longer Is there some kind of tutorial that explains that or anybody who can help me with that? This is my first post ever! I'm pretty new to Notion but I have made a to-do list that is working very well for me, using the board view, with groups and sub-groups. It allows me to move easily the tasks according to their priority and their status. At the end of the week, I click the "done" button to the completed tasks so they disappear and I start fresh.
