ARMOURY CRATE là phần mềm điều khiển laptop vô cùng mạnh mẽ đến từ nhà Asus. Phần mềm giúp anh em dùng các mẫu máy thuộc dòng ROG và TUF từ intel đời 9 và AMD 3000 series điều khiển led, xem các thông số phần cứng như CPU, GPU, điều khiển các chế độ hiệu năng, cũng như quạt, và nhiều tính năng khác. Tuy nhiên, gần đây mình thấy các bạn gặp vấn đề lỗi với phần mềm này khá nhiều, một phần là do xung đột các service với windows 2004 mới do Microsoft phát hành. Và mình sẽ tổng hợp cách fix từng lỗi cụ thể.

Để fix lỗi này, các bạn chịu khó gỡ hoàn toàn Armoury crate và các phần có liên quan đến Armoury crate, sau đó lên trang chủ Asus tải lại đầy đủ các phần này và cài đặt lại. Những thứ cần gỡ và cài lại bao gồm:
1. Armoury Crate service
2. Armoury Crate
3. ROG Live Service

LƯU Ý: các bạn cài lại các phần trên theo theo đúng thứ tự nhé.

Để gỡ cài đặt các phần trên, bấm nút windows trên bàn phím gõ "control panel" enter

tìm đến phần uninstall a program

và sau đó tìm đến 3 phần đó và click đôi chuột trái để gỡ nhé.

Để tải các service cũng như Armoury Crate, các bạn lên trang chủ Asus tìm nhé. Mình sẽ minh họa máy G531GT nhé. Các bạn search "asus + mẫu máy + driver" như máy mình, mình sẽ gõ là "asus g531 driver", sau đó chọn đường link của asus global nhé.

Ở phần model name các bạn tìm mẫu máy của mình nhé, như máy mình là "G531GT"

sau đó các bạn chọn OS là windows 10 nhé

Tìm đến phần Software and Utilities, bấm chọn "show all" để tìm các phần service nhé

và tải 3 phần trên về.

Tải về các bạn giải nén và chạy các file setup như mình demo trong hình nhé.

Cài xong hết các bạn restart máy là ổn nhé.

Các bạn tải file fix XTU bằng đường link này: Intel XTU, tải về xong giải nén và chạy file setup. Restart máy và sử dụng nhé.

LƯU Ý: File fix lỗi trên chỉ dùng cho các dòng máy chạy CPU Intel nhé, các dòng máy chạy CPU AMD không dùng file này để fix được nhé

Với lỗi này cách fix rất đơn giản, các bạn chỉ cần lên Microsoft Store và tải "ASUS Keyboard Hotkeys" là được nhé. Các bạn bấm phím windows trên bàn phím gõ "Microsoft Store" enter

sau đó tìm trên thanh tìm kiếm "ASUS Keyboard Hotkeys"

bấm install

cài xong các bạn restart máy là có thể dùng được nhé.
