Following on from the inception of Mega Evolutions in Pokémon X & Pokémon Y, Pokémon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire continue this new feature by introducing several new Mega Evolutions. In this game, Mega Evolution is handled by the Mega Bracelet, rather than the Mega Ring and it works in the same method as before. These are not tradeable or battleable with Pokémon X & Y Classic Mega Evolutions In addition to the new ones introduced, the classic Mega Evolutions also exist in this game, with all the Mega Stones being findable in the game. Here is a list of their locations Mega Stones originally introduced in Pokemon X and Y will be available in Omega Ruby and Sapphire, along with new Mega Stones for the new Mega-Evolved Pokemon. The locations for select Mega Stones will differ between the two versions. Unlike X and Y, these stones do not need to be found at a certain time of the day. Obtainable after obtaining the National Pokedex. Diancite Diancie Trade/Transfer a Diancie to Pokemon Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire from X and Y, place it in your party, and enter a Pokemon Center. Wattson will give you access to the elevators in Mauville City that lead up to the second floor apartments, Mauville Hills. Head up to the second floor and speak with the man in the black suit on the east hall. He should disappear shortly after. Speak to Wattson, go to New Mauville to investigate the computer, and return to Mauville Hills. Speak with the man int he black suit again to receive this Mega Stone. Lucarionite Lucario Win the Master Rank of all 5 Pokemon Contests, then win another Master Rank contest against Lisia. Manecite Manectric Route 110 at the north end of Cycling Road. Mawilite Mawile Route 117 west end. Medichamite Medicham Mt. Pyre near the top. Metagrossite Metagross From the Shiny Beldum Event Pokemon, or after beating the Pokemon League twice. Meteorite Rayquaza Collected at the top of Mt. Chimney. Mewtwonite X Mewtwo Southwest corner of Littleroot Town after the legendary battle in Sootopolis. Mewtwonite Y Mewtwo To the left of the Pokemon League entrance. Pidgeotite Pidgeot Speak to the little girl at the south end of Verdanturf Town. She will say she's missing her Shroomish. Interact with the sign in the middle of Verdanturf to find Shroomish and obtain an Intriguing Stone. Take this stone to Mr. Stone in Devon Corp in Rustboro City. He will tell you it's a Pidgeotite. Pinsirite Pinsir In a slightly hidden area on Route 124. You will need dive to reach this area. Red Orb Groudon Alpha Sapphire: Found at the top of Mt. Pyre. Omega Ruby: Give to you by Archie in Sootopolis City. Sablenite Sableye Near the Cave of Origin entrance in Sootopolis City go across the bridge to the east and then turn south to find the Sablenite. Salamencite Salamence Speak with Zinnia's grandmother in Meteor Falls after the Delta Episode. Sceptilite Sceptile Given by Steven on Route 120 if Treecko was your starter. If not, it can be purchased on Route 114. Scizorite Scizor The east side of Petalburg Woods after the legendary battle in Sootopolis. Sharpedonite Sharpedo Alpha Sapphire: Given to you by Team Aqua in their base during the delta episode. Omega Ruby: Given to you by Team Aqua at the Battle Resort. Slowbronite Slowbro Collect four Shoal Salts and four Shoal Shells in Shoal Cave during high and low tide. Give these to the man in Shoal Cave to create a Shell Bell and obtain a Slowbronite. Steelixite Steelix Granite Cave after obtaining a Mach Bike. It's in the basement area. Swampertite Swampert Given by Steven on Route 120 if Mudkip was your starter. If not, it can be purchased on Route 114 after the legendary battle in Sootopolis. Tell the man you want to buy Ebb Tide.
