   Settings (Cài đặt) của iPhone. Bạn sẽ chạm vào biểu tượng Settings hình bánh xe trong hộp màu nâu.

   Kéo xuống và chạm vào Accounts & Passwords (Tài khoản và mật khẩu). Bạn sẽ thấy tùy chọn này ở bị trí thứ ba khi kéo trang Settings từ trên xuống.

   Chạm vào tùy chọn Add Account (Thêm tài khoản) ở cuối danh sách các tài khoản hiện tại.

   Chọn dịch vụ mail. Tùy thuộc vào tài khoản email của bạn thuộc loại dịch vụ email nào mà bạn sẽ nhấp vào một trong các tùy chọn sau:

   • iCloud - Tài khoản email của Apple Mail.
   • Exchange - Tài khoản email của Microsoft Exchange.
   • Google - Gmail hay tài khoản email của Google.
   • YAHOO! - Tài khoản email của Yahoo.
   • Aol. - Tài khoản email của AOL.
   • Outlook.com - Tài khoản email Outlook, Hotmail và Live.
   • Nếu dịch vụ email của bạn không có trong danh sách hiển thị, hãy nhấp vào tùy chọn Other (Khác) ở cuối danh sách.

   Nhập thông tin tài khoản. Bạn sẽ cần nhập địa chỉ email và mật khẩu của tài khoản muốn thêm vào.

   • Các thao tác ở bước này sẽ tùy thuộc vào loại dịch vụ email.
   • Nếu dùng tùy chọn "Other", bạn sẽ cần nhập thông tin máy chủ của dịch vụ email đang sử dụng. Hãy tham khảo trang hỗ trợ của dịch vụ mail bạn dùng để biết thông tin này.

   • Bạn cũng có thể dùng địa chỉ email để tạo một tài khoản trong ứng dụng Notes (Ghi chú) bằng cách chạm vào công tắc màu trắng bên phải tiêu đề "Notes".
   • Khi công tắc chuyển sang màu xanh thì dữ liệu sẽ được đồng bộ theo tiêu đề đã chọn.

There are two ways that you can set up an email account in the Mail app on your iOS device — automatically or manually. Learn which option is best for you.

How to set up your email account automatically

If you use an email provider like iCloud, Google, or Yahoo, Mail can automatically set up your email account with just your email address and password. Here's how:

1. Go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts.
   
   
2. Tap Add Account, then select your email provider.
3. Enter your email address and password.
4. If you see Next, tap Next and wait for Mail to verify your account.
5. If you see Save, tap Save.
   

If you don't see your email provider, tap Other to add your account manually.

How to set up your email account manually

If you need to set up your email account manually, make sure that you know the email settings for your account. If you don’t know them, you can look them up or contact your email provider. Then follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts.
2. Tap Add Account, tap Other, then tap Add Mail Account.
3. Enter your name, email address, password, and a description for your account.
   
   
4. Tap Next. Mail will try to find the email settings and finish your account setup. If Mail finds your email settings, tap Done to complete your account setup.

Enter account settings manually

If Mail can't find your email settings, then you need to enter them manually. Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Choose IMAP or POP for your new account. If you aren’t sure which one to choose, contact your email provider.
2. Enter the information for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next. If you don't have this information, try to look it up.
   
   
3. If your email settings are correct, tap Save to finish. If the email settings are incorrect, you'll be asked to edit them. 

If you still can't set up your email account or save your email settings, contact your email provider.
