I purchased this device about 6 months ago.<br /> The gilding on the gold edge had began to float slightly first and the gliding was beginning to peel off.<br /> So I claimed a warranty for this device, but the customer service advised me to remember to clean and dry it in time after use.<br /> I swiped the head of the device with dry Kleenex after use every time.
